Élie Liberman specializes in customer-centric marketing techniques with a strong focus on technology. With over 25 years of experience, he has led many large-scale projects, such as establishing the first consumer “megabase” in Europe, an international project involving 141 countries, and Happy Days, one of the most successful multi-retail loyalty programs in the world. He speaks regularly at business conferences on topics such as omnichannel marketing and B-to-B marketing in a digital world.

Originally from Belgium and fluent in French, English, and Flemish, Élie has lectured at prominent business schools and universities in Europe and Asia for nearly 20 years. He has a Master's degree in Marketing and Advertising from Solvay Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Université Catholique in Belgium.
