A Word from Our Founder/CEO

We believe in helping professionals gain the intercultural understanding and practice they need in order to build stronger relationships with key players and to undertake their work with more confidence.

Today’s work environment is high-pressure and hyperconnected, and remote work has become the norm for many of us, which has its own set of challenges. Professionals are increasingly wondering what their future looks like.

Studies consistently show that people want to feel that they make a difference in their work. For an overwhelming majority, this matters more than how much they earn. Not surprisingly, when they feel they are making a significant contribution at work, their quality of life tends to improve across the board, and hence they have more to offer--at work, and also at home and in society at large.

Clearly, individuals' sense of self worth and general attitude have an impact on companies' bottom line as well. We designed the “Making Your Mark” program to help professionals develop the skills and experience they require to interact successfully with others in an international or intercultural context.

The program combines state-of-the-art business research with state-of-the-art pedagogy. All the trainings are rich with hands-on practice, role-playing, and debriefings. Participants reinforce newly acquired methodology, insight, and science in a safe practice environment before applying them on the job.
