A Word from Our Founder/CEO
We believe that helping people master the skills they need to step up their career satisfaction is one of the most important contributions we can make toward securing a healthy international society.
Like it or not, English has taken center stage where cross-cultural communications are concerned. Yet all too often, non-native speakers believe their skills are not adequate for any but the most basic purposes, if that.
In fact, some of the most skillful and successful communicators have a level of English that is technically flawed. Where successful communicators excel is with their relational techniques. They pay attention to expectations and personalities in a conversation, they listen and focus on delivering a clear message, and they are open-minded about acquiring new approaches and skill sets.
The “Finding Your Voice” program is a series of guided trainings designed to assist participants in fun, hands-on practice; repetition; and role-playing so that participants can free up their inhibitions and take risks in a safe environment to make strides in unlocking their self-expression.
