Bongani Ncube-Zikhali is a software engineer, specialized in high-level and low-level programming, electronics, and the field of embedded systems. His passion for technology is only matched by his passion for words, spoken and written, which he has cultivated over the past 15 years as a debater, public speaker, and writer. A regular contributor to various African journals and anthologies, Bongani is the recipient of the prestigious Dr. Yvonne Vera Award.

Bongani has two bachelor's degrees: one in Mathematics and Computer Science from Université Bekr Belkaïd de Tlemcen and another in Software Engineering from Université Pierre et Marie Curie. He also has a master's degree in Computer and Electronic Systems from Université Pierre et Marie Curie. Bongani is a native speaker of English, Ndebele, and Shona, and he speaks French fluently.
